Inspiring students to believe in the power of kindness and how they can use it to be happier, less stressed, and to thrive despite their most challenging life circumstances
Meet Fred:
Following a career in sales, Fred decided to give back, first conducting mental health presentations in middle and high schools and then as a guest teacher in elementary school. The common thread he found – students were struggling with life and each other. In response, he developed this program to inspire and motivate students to be kinder and more caring, equipping them with tools to improve how they relate, and to better navigate the highs and lows of life, while empowering them with the belief that they have the power, and the responsibility, to be the architects of a more positive school experience
